Outside my window...is a crisp fall evening.
I am wondering... what tomorrow will bring.
I am thankful for... all the blessings that the Lord has bestowed on my family.
I am wearing... pink flannel pjs.
I am remembering... the good 'ole days when I didn't fear that I would not recognize my country tomorrow.
I am going... to take my youngest son, Cole, to the dentist tomorrow.
I am reading... Atlas Shrugged and The Forgotten Man.
I am hoping... to finish up our holiday shopping list this weekend.
On my mind... the memory book we will be working on in school for the next few weeks.
From the learning rooms... we are studying the importance of genealogy in the Bible and our own lives. We will be making a memory book that will include photos, genealogy charts/trees, Q&A sessions with family members, and our own stories and memories. In Math we just started a new book and so we're reviewing a lot of the concepts he has already studied. Our Language Arts is covering nouns, plurals, titles, and blends. In Creative Writing he is writing and illustrating stories for his Memory Book. We are also working on Bible and US time lines.
Noticing that... my DC are growing up way too quickly for my taste!!
Pondering these words... rely on God and he will see us through this...stated by my hubby this evening when discussing the uncertainty in the future of his plant.
From the kitchen... pot roast with potatoes, onions, carrots, and celery.
Around the house... blissful peace and quiet after everyone is tucked into bed.
One of my favorite things is spending quality time at home with my family.
